The hotel is really beautiful, the lobby gives the real "glamour" feeling. Prime location - close to New York attractions. Nice staff.

The price on Booked.net did not include tax - which mean, the european traveller is surprised by ca 100 usd per night - and this, of course, is not nice surprise. The price per room did not include anything complementary. There was no coffe and tea facility in the room - the room service asked about it denied providing it, but at the reception on my check-out I was informed that I could have it as a complimentary service if I booked it on-line. The morning coffee was priced as a champagne, and tasted as a dishwasher liquid.

Location: the hotel was just off the Rockefeller Center area, theaters and times and an outlet on the wall away from the desk. I greatly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was gorgeous and exquisite.

The location of Lotte New York Palace is very central, next to popular spots in NYC and the best shopping districts. the rooms at Lotte New York Palace are well-appointed and top-notch, with robes and amazing views from the huge windows. - the staff at Lotte New York Palace were always eager to help. - I had a very good stay during my first visit to NYC and wished I could have stayed longer.

The staff treated you as individuals, very personal. The location was the best location we have stayed in New York by far. Good location for sights, shopping, subway. Very safe area. Rooms service first class turn down service a nice touch. Cannot fault can't wait to go back.

The only thing I really liked was the location.

Several things. Firstly, at $500 a night a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be appreciated (if not breakfast included) instead I paid $11 dollars for a bottle of water. I ordered coffee to my room as I needed to work there and nearly collapsed when I was charged $18 for a cup of coffee - this is simply extortionate and disrespectful to customers who are already paying on the higher end for this location. Thirdly, I was informed at reception that the wifi is free (he forget to mention "only in the lobby") - so, I ended up having to pay an additional $16 a night for wifi which would be sort of ok if it was any good which it was not - really slow and patchy. This hotel is a rip off.

Comfortable room with 2 double beds, great views, and a bathroom with a tub - had everything I needed! 🛁

The in-room meals were just mediocre in a city worth the trip for the food alone!

The location was great and brilliant for walking around a decorated neo-gothic Catholic cathedral. A park and a river where close to the hotel.

I had a cozy room that was nicely decorated with a bedroom and a big work area. 🌟 It was all shiny and brand-new!

1.- The hotel housekeeping has discontinued the evening making of the room. 2.- The hotel cafeteria does not provide restaurant service in the afternoon or evening. 3.- The hotel housekeeping did not replace the glasses at the minibar.

lights in my room were hard to figure out, no individual climate control in my room, unbelievably expensive menu to eat in the hotel especially breakfast

This place is stunning with friendly employees who informed their supervisor about the situation, and the rooms here are spotless with cozy beds.

Perfectly clean rooms with amazing cathedral view. Stunning location in the Lounge next to the coffee shop. Based close enough to everything, Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, NIKE, and Rockefeller Center and the American Girl Doll store.
